The Hamptons

This Saturday, my family and I decided that we were going to make a last minute trip to the Hamptons Sunday morning. We headed out there with the mindset that we were going to be in East Hampton and eat, but like usual, we ended up in Sag Harbor quickly after.

We typically go to the Hamptons at least three times a year, but we started off a little early this year.. Needless to say, it was pretty cold out and we were shaking the whole time - a jacket was very necessary. It is crazy to think that it is nearly the middle of May and I find myself still needing my jacket!
Anyways, we made it, and as usual, it was beautiful.
Even just driving through the Hamptons and seeing all of the spectacular houses is fun, everything about it is just breathtaking! But the best part is the shopping, which is mostly window shopping, but all of the boutiques are so unique and cute!

At the end of the day, when we were heading home, my dad spotted horse trailers in a large park. He somehow was intrigued enough to go check out what was going on, and we stumbled across a show horse jumping competition! I have never been to one, and I thought that it was so cool to see it. The horses were all beautifully groomed with better hair than me. It was such an interesting way to end our tiny trip!
