Stuffed Peppers

Last week I saw this really cool Betty Crocker video, giving a simple way to make these great stuffed peppers! When making dinner, every now and then I like to shake things up and try something I have never made before, which was these stuffed peppers today!

They are so easy to make, and tasted so great! I definitely recommend making them, they were a hit in my house!

There was some extra stuffing, which served as a great side for the dish!

P.S. Yesterday I went to Dominique Ansel Bakery for the hundredth time to get the famous cookie shot, and I saw that they have come out with a "secret recipes" cookbook. I am so tempted to buy it, check it out!
